Total Mayhem Games in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive people strategy in a passionate indie studio. You will shape our HR practice from the ground up and partner with leadership to grow the team.

You will manage the HR budget, run the annual compensation review, coordinate recruitment, and organize onboarding for new teammates, while maintaining personnel records in HoorayHR and nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Substantial HR experience and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in a solo HR role preferred.
• Comfortable in an informal, dynamic environment where quality matters and people are easy to connect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new teammates.
• Manage the HR budget and run the annual compensation review.
