Job summary

CM.com is offering a February 2027 internship for 2nd or 3rd year HRM students at our Breda HQ. You will work with Learning & Development, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to gain hands-on experience across HR disciplines.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, fluent in English and Dutch, and located within travel distance of Breda. The program includes mentorship, courses, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Preferably a student looking for a 2nd or 3rd year internship.
• Available February 2027 for a minimum of 20 weeks.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Located within travel distance from our office in Breda.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Work alongside a diverse HR department including Learning & Development, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
• Contribute to exciting people projects that impact colleagues across the organisation.
