Job summary

Robin Radar Systems is seeking an HR Business Partner to align strategy with execution, balancing long-term planning with hands-on delivery. You will translate corporate goals into department-specific people strategies and work with a small, high-trust HR team to shape a healthy, scalable culture.

You’ll partner with business leaders, drive talent frameworks from scratch, manage workforce planning and budgeting, and guide compensation decisions using data analytics.

Qualifications

  • BA or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a tech or fast-growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and familiarity with US employment legislation
  • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken. Speaking Dutch is a major asset here.
  • Strong coaching skills, balancing personal empathy with clear professional firmness
  • Pragmatic problem‑solver who enjoys building new processes and structures from scratch
  • High autonomy with a proactive, down‑to‑earth, roll‑up‑your-sleeves mindset
  • Team‑first approach – you value transparency, psychological safety, and collective wins
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, spending a minimum of three days at our office

Responsibilities

  • Strategic business partnering: Translate company strategy into practical, department‑specific HR initiatives. Coach leaders on team structures to support our rapid organizational growth.
  • Framework design and building: Build new internal talent management and development frameworks from the ground up. Continuous improvement is key – you design tools that elevate overall team capability.
  • Workforce planning and budgeting: Lead regular workforce planning sessions with business heads. Synthesize headcount modeling to optimize resource allocation and keep personnel budgets on track.
  • Performance and employee relations: Drive a healthy performance culture across our teams. Advise management on performance optimization and handle complex, high‑risk employee relations with absolute care.
  • Total rewards and data analytics: Guide leadership on compensation and benefits strategies to stay competitive. Leverage HR system insights and data analytics to diagnose organizational health.
  • Team collaboration and synergy: Work closely with fellow HR Business Partners to share knowledge. Foster an environment of mutual trust, transparency, and shared ownership across the department.
