Independent Recruiters is seeking a Data Analyst (HR Analytics) for a temporary role in Amersfoort, 24 hours per week, with hybrid working options. The assignment runs until January 2027 and starts ASAP.

You will develop and maintain the People Dashboard in Power BI, translate HR challenges into analyses, and deliver actionable HR insights. You will coordinate KPI definitions, testing, and stakeholder communications, while coaching interns and collaborating with People Analytics and data

Qualifications

• Ensure data quality and consistency across analyses.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and build, test, and maintain the People Dashboard in Power BI.
• Coordinate dashboard releases, KPI definitions, testing, and communications.
• Translate HR challenges into analytical questions and deliver insights.
• Supervise interns and ensure technical quality and alignment.
• Design and facilitate sessions to improve data-driven decision making in HR.
