Job summary

Milwaukee Benelux, part of TTI, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to bridge HR strategy with daily operations in Dordrecht and to support the Belgian branch in Brussels. You will advise, coach, and partner with managers and employees across the Benelux region in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes talent development, performance management, recruitment, and HRIS utilization while enabling you to drive HR projects and processes with autonomy.

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
• Experience with performance management, talent development, recruitment and compensation & benefits.
• Experience with an HRIS system; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Strong advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent and entrepreneurial work style.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Jouw impact

Als HR Advisor ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze HR-strategie en de dagelijkse praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager, HR Officer, Payroll Specialist en leidinggevenden binnen de Benelux. Je adviseert, ondersteunt en daagt uit waar nodig. Van talentontwikkeling en performance management tot recruitment en organisatieontwikkeling: jij zorgt ervoor dat HR zichtbaar bijdraagt aan het succes van onze organisatie. Je standplaats is ons kantoor in Dordrecht. Daarnaast reis je regelmatig naar onze Belgische vestiging in Brussel om ook daar de business optimaal te ondersteunen.

• Adviseren van managers en medewerkers over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.
• Vertalen van HR-beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk.
• Implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van HR-processen en HR-projecten.
• Performance-, talent- en succession management.
• Verzuimbegeleiding en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
• Recruitment en employer branding in samenwerking met het recruitmentteam.
• Organiseren en ondersteunen van trainingen en ontwikkelprogramma's.
• Analyseren van HR-data en managementrapportages.
• Samenwerken met collega's binnen de Benelux en EMEA om HR continu verder te professionaliseren.

Who are you?

Jij bent een ervaren HR-professional die graag eigenaarschap neemt. Je combineert een mensgerichte aanpak met een pragmatische instelling en weet wanneer je moet adviseren, coachen of juist doorpakken. Je bent organisatiesensitief, communicatief sterk en krijgt energie van samenwerken in een dynamische internationale omgeving.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Human Resource Management.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR Advisor, HR Business Partner of vergelijkbare functie.
• Ervaring met performance management, talentontwikkeling, recruitment en compensation & benefits.
• Ervaring met een HRIS-systeem; kennis van Workday is een pré.
• Sterke advies-, communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
• Een proactieve, zelfstandige en ondernemende werkhouding.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
