Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality management student (or related background) to assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations in the housekeeping department and supervise the team to ensure high quality results. Opera PMS experience is a plus for this internship.

The position offers a 5–10 month internship with a €750 gross monthly allowance, plus opportunities through the Tailor Made Traineeship (TMT), potential part‑time work, and an employee discount

About The Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality management student (or related background) to assist the Housekeeping Manager with tasks and supervise daily operations in the housekeeping department. You will support the team in achieving consistent, high‑quality results and work on projects focused on improving operational processes.

Another advantage is experience with Opera (PMS), the most widely used property management system in the global hotel industry.

Job Requirements

• You are currently studying at HBO level in hospitality or tourism and are looking for an internship of at least 5 months, preferably longer (10 months).
• You are great at supporting others and know exactly how to guide and train employees.
• You are solution‑oriented and find innovative ways to improve daily operations.
• You are energetic, know how to set priorities, and know how to delegate.
• You speak fluent English.
