Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the standard of bedrooms and public areas. You will conduct daily spot checks and ensure top-quality presentation, while supporting the Housekeeping Manager in training and developing the team.

This is a hands-on role with occasional cleaning duties and administrative tasks. You should have at least 2 years in a similar role, strong problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to

• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Lead the housekeeping team to deliver consistent quality.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas.

You’ll conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll help train, develop, and motivate the team, while also assisting with planning and organisation. This is a hands‑on role, so you’ll occasionally support with cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
