Job summary

EW Facility Services zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor bij citizenM Schiphol Amsterdam. Je werkt samen met het housekeeping-team om de operationele efficiëntie te waarborgen en hoge kwaliteitsnormen te handhaven. Je neemt toezicht, voert dagplanning uit en deelt taken in het team.

Relevante ervaring in hotel housekeeping en leiderschap wordt gewaardeerd; Engels is vereist. Je werkt 30–35 uur per week en minimaal twee weekends per maand, met een contract van 8 maanden en uitzicht op een vaste

• Ervaring in hotel housekeeping
• Ervaring als Supervisor/Teamleider gewenst
• In staat om collega's te motiveren en te ondersteunen
• Goede communicatie in het Engels
• Flexibel beschikbaar in minstens 2 weekends per maand
• Bereid te reizen naar citizenM Schiphol Amsterdam

Responsibilities

• Toezicht houden en ondersteuning van het housekeeping-team
• Kamercontroles en kwaliteitsstandaarden controleren
• Dagelijkse werking organiseren en taken verdelen
• Nieuwe collega's helpen opleiden
• Planning, kwaliteit en productiviteit in de gaten houden
• Communiceren met het hotel en EW-collega's

Job description

Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, giving you 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre when travelling more than 20 kilometres per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% accrual of holiday hours and a 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on full-time employment, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• An 8-month contract, including a 1-month probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent contract

*Gross hourly wage applies from age 20.

Jouw baan

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you work together with the housekeeping team and help make sure everything runs smoothly during the day.

You will:

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team
• Check guest rooms and make sure they meet the required quality standards
• Help organise the daily work and divide tasks within the team
• Support and train new colleagues
• Keep an eye on planning, quality and productivity
• Communicate with the hotel and your EW colleagues
• Help the team when needed

Work Schedule

• Between 09:00 and 16:30,
• 30-35 hours per week.
• At least 2 weekends per month.

Jij bent

• Experienced working in hotel housekeeping
• Preferably have experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar role
• Can motivate and support colleagues
• Can keep a good overview during busy moments
• Can communicate well in English
• Flexible and available at least 2 weekends per month
• Can easily travel to citizenM Schiphol Amsterdam
