Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor die ons team aanstuurt en zorgt voor een ongeëvenaarde guest experience.

Je geeft leiding aan de schoonmaakploeg, bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen en werkt nauw samen met de Housekeeping Manager om een vlekkeloze operatie te garanderen. Vereisten onder meer Engels en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.

Fulltime functie met aandacht voor details, flexibiliteit en teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimaal Engels niveau; in praktijk voor communicatie met gasten en team.
• Leiderschapservaring in vergelijkbare functie is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van het housekeeping-team en optreden als rolmodel.
• Zorgen voor hoge schoonmaak- en hygiënekwaliteit in alle ruimtes.
• Actief samenwerken met de Housekeeping Manager en andere afdelingen.
• Zorgdragen voor gasttevredenheid en operationele soepelheid.
• Flexibele werktijden en oplossingsgerichte benadering bij problemen.
