Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands invites aspiring hospitality professionals to join as a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern. You will support daily housekeeping operations, perform quality checks, and help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.

You will connect with guests and collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless experience. The internship offers €750 gross per month, along with online and offline training through Minor Hotels University Northern

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an educational program during the internship.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English; hospitality ethos is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist the team in delivering consistently high standards.
• Help ensure guest rooms and public areas are well presented and prepared.
• Connect with guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Support stock management and daily activity organization.
• Learn how quality standards are maintained and improved.
• Share ideas to enhance daily operations and guest experience.
