Job summary

NH Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern in the Netherlands. You will support daily operations, assist in maintaining high standards, and ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented with care, collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Active enrollment in an educational program, a strong eye for detail, and excellent English are required. The role offers a €750 gross monthly internship allowance and access to Minor Hotels University

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and quality checks of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist the Housekeeping team in delivering consistently high standards.
• Help ensure guest rooms and public areas are beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared.
• Connect with guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless experience.
• Support stock management and the smooth organization of daily activities.
• Learn NH Collection quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Share ideas to enhance daily operations and guest experiences.
