Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Amsterdam is seeking an All Round Maintenance Employee / Engineer to keep hotel facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. You will perform daily maintenance, address faults, and support guests' comfort.

You will lead tasks, handle rotating shifts, and collaborate with contractors. The position offers a Dutch Horeca CLA salary scale, 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and various staff perks.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Strong English and Dutch language skills preferred.
• Experience leading a team and repair-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of all hotel areas and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and fix technical failures; locate and resolve issues.
• Conduct inspection rounds and coordinate third parties when needed.
• Operate and ensure proper functioning of the Building Management System.
• Handle administrative tasks for the Engineering department.
