Qualifications

• Previous experience as a storekeeper, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with stock control systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (at least B1).

Responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory of all hotel supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and verify deliveries
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of all items
• Distribute supplies to departments according to requirements
• Monitor stock levels and anticipate demand to prevent shortages
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
• Implement cost-control measures and minimize waste
