Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping, preferably hotel-based.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, equipment, health and safety regulations in housekeeping.
• Proficiency with computer systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Ability to address guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staff Assignments: Allocate tasks and ensure adequate shift coverage and recruitment.
• Supervision: Oversee staff performance during shifts and provide guidance.
• Training: Organize onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Reporting & Administration: Process hours, productivity data, and quality reports.
• Quality Checks: Conduct inspections of guest rooms to uphold standards.
• Training and Development: Plan and implement training based on performance analysis.
• Feedback Sessions: Provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
