You must have 5+ years in hotel leadership (3+ in GM/Director roles), P&L ownership, and fluency in Dutch and English. Strong PMS knowledge (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds) and a hands-on, collaborative style are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel leadership, including 3+ years as GM/Director of Operations.
• Proven P&L ownership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hotel operations, ensuring guest experiences and brand standards.
• Drive revenue strategy: pricing, occupancy, channel mix, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team; manage scheduling, performance, and development.
• Own guest relations: resolve escalations, monitor reviews, and act on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and labour regulations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, payroll, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain property condition, coordinating repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and with owners/partners.
