Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South is seeking a Front Office Intern to warmly welcome guests and support daily front desk operations. This internship offers hands-on training in hospitality, guest services, and team collaboration within a dynamic hotel environment.

Join a hospitable team at a property opened in 2021 and grow professionally in a family-like hotel culture. The role is based on site in Amstelveen, with a structured internship program and exposure to diverse guest interactions.

Qualifications

• English speaking; Dutch not mandatory.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
• Be organized with a great eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing and activating keys.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests or concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports (arrivals, departures) and check reports for accuracy.
