Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Engineer for Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West to keep the hotel safe, operational, and running smoothly. You will join an international engineering team and take ownership of electrical, mechanical, and building systems across guest areas and back-of-house facilities.

The role requires 1–2 years in technical maintenance, a related education, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in technical maintenance or engineering (hotel experience is a plus).
• Technical education, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical installations and/or mechanical engineering.
• VEV diploma (low/high voltage) is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call duty roster.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Maintaining guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Installing and maintaining electrical systems.
• Supporting renovation and improvement projects.
• Collaborating with external contractors and ensuring safety.
• Identifying improvements before small issues become major problems.
