Job summary

Conscious Hotels is looking for an all-around public area cleaner for Conscious Hotel Vondelpark and The Tire Station in Amsterdam. You will handle daily upkeep of general areas, tidy spaces, and clean offices and hallways while supporting the team with various tasks.

The role is part-time (2–3 days per week) with flexibility for weekends. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is preferred, and residency in or around Amsterdam is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Looking for a fun part-time job 2–3 days per week.
• Weekend flexibility is required.
• Hospitality is in your DNA; you enjoy working with people.
• Experience with cleaning tasks is helpful; hotel experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

About the role:

As an all-around public area cleaner, you are responsible for everything related to the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the general areas at Conscious Hotel Vondelpark and the neighbouring hotel location, The Tire Station. It is important that you are able to set priorities and coordinate your work independently. In addition, you are reliable and flexible regarding working days and hours.

What you will do:

• Tidying, cleaning, and maintaining the public areas;
• Cleaning the office at the location and the meeting room;
• Cleaning hallways;
• Assisting where needed.

About you:

• You are looking for a fun part-time job for 2 or 3 days per week;
• Flexible availability (including weekends);
• Hospitality is in your DNA;
• Experience with cleaning tasks;
• You are a team player;
• Experience in hotel cleaning is a plus;
• You speak fluent English and preferably also Dutch;
• You preferably live in or around Amsterdam;
• You enjoy physical work - as a housekeeper, you stay fit!
