Job summary

Conscious Hotels in Amsterdam is hiring an all-around public area cleaner for Conscious Hotels Vondelpark and The Tire Station. You will be responsible for daily upkeep and cleanliness of the general areas, set priorities, and coordinate your work independently.

We value flexibility, weekend availability, and a hospitality mindset. Fluency in English is required, Dutch preferred, and you should be physically fit for cleaning tasks. Five days per week, live in or around Amsterdam preferred.

• Previous cleaning experience in hospitality is a plus.

About the role:

As an all‑around public area cleaner, you are responsible for everything related to the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the general areas at Conscious Hotel Vondelpark and the neighbouring hotel location, The Tire Station. It is important that you are able to set priorities and coordinate your work independently. In addition, you are reliable and flexible regarding working days and hours.

What you will do:

• Tidying, cleaning, and maintaining the public areas;
• Cleaning the office at the location and the meeting room;
• Cleaning hallways;
• Assisting where needed.

About you:

• You are looking for a fun fulltime job for 5 days per week;
• Flexible availability (including weekends);
• Hospitality is in your DNA;
• Experience with cleaning tasks;
• You are a team player;
• Experience in hotel cleaning is a plus;
• You speak fluent English and preferably also Dutch;
• You preferably live in or around Amsterdam;
• You enjoy physical work – as a housekeeper, you stay fit!
