Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests, answer calls, and manage reservations for the House Kitchen. You will seat guests and support the floor team to ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival through departure.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in a similar role, strong English and Dutch communication, and familiarity with OpenTable or MICROS. This full-time position includes competitive pay, meals, travel allowance, and perks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role with high-volume phone lines.

Host - Soho House Amsterdam

At Soho House a Host is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the House Kitchen. You will also deliver excellent service from initial greeting and seating members and supporting with the floor team where needed. The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure.

• Salary: 2.450,63€ (above Horeca CAO) + 8% holiday allowance & tips
