Job summary

Merlin zoekt enthousiaste kandidaten voor het Guest Experience Crew bij Madame Tussauds Amsterdam. Je wilt gasten welkom heten, verkopen, en zorgen voor een memorabele ervaring in een van de meest iconische attracties van Amsterdam.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met meerdere taken, zoals receptie, retail en bar, en je draagt bij aan een plezierige bezoekersbeleving voor iedereen. Spreek je Nederlands en Engels en ben je 18+. Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook in weekenden, is een eis.

Qualifications

• Je spreekt Dutch en English.
• Je bent sociaal en vindt het leuk om anderen blij te maken.
• Je durft gasten aan te spreken en een gesprek te starten.
• Je bent flexibel en werkt graag aan verschillende taken.
• Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud.
• Je bent beschikbaar flexibel te werken, ook in weekenden en vakanties.
• Je werkt graag in een drukke omgeving samen met anderen.

Responsibilities

• Gasten welkom heten en uitstekende service bieden.
• Werken op verschillende afdelingen zoals receptie, retail en bar.
• Verkoop van tickets, souvenirs en refreshment; omgaan met betalingen.
• Interactie met gasten en zorgen voor een plezierige beleving.
• Proactief zijn en gasten waar nodig extra hulp bieden.
• Samenwerken met collega's en helpen waar nodig.

Do you have a passion for the Leisure and Entertainment industry and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences for guests? Join the Guest Experience Crew at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam and work in one of the city's most exciting attractions, surrounded by famous figures such as Martin Garrix, Beyoncé and Johnny Depp.

We are looking for enthusiastic and social people who enjoy meeting others, having fun at work and making every guest's visit a memorable one.

About the roleAs part of the Guest Experience Crew, no two days are quite the same. You could be welcoming guests at reception, working behind the till, selling souvenirs, serving at the bar or walking around the attraction making sure everyone is having a great time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Making guests feel welcome and providing great service.
• Working in different areas of the attraction, including reception, retail and the bar.
• Handling sales and payments and selling tickets, souvenirs and refreshments.
• Interacting with guests and helping create a fun and memorable experience.
• Being proactive and going the extra mile when guests need help.
• Working together with your colleagues and helping wherever needed.

Kwalificaties en ervaring

• You are social and enjoy talking to people.

• You are not afraid to approach guests and start a conversation.
• You are flexible and happy to take on different tasks.
• You speak Dutch and English.
• You are at least 18 years old.
