Supergrads is seeking a Software Engineer in Amsterdam to join a latency-sensitive trading technology team. You will own the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment, focusing on high-performance C++ and reliability.

You will work with traders, researchers, and cross-border engineers to implement, test, and optimize execution software while collaborating with FPGA specialists to push ultra-low-latency solutions in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with modern C++ (C++17 or later).
• Familiarity with FPGA technology and ultra-low-latency networking.
• Interest in financial markets is welcomed but not essential.

• Develop and enhance technology connecting the business with exchanges worldwide, including market-data processing and order-entry systems where speed and reliability are critical.
• Turn trading concepts and strategies into production-ready execution software with traders and quantitative teams.
• Collaborate with hardware specialists to incorporate FPGA technology and ultra-low-latency networking into trading infrastructure.
• Profile, benchmark, and analyze systems to reduce latency and improve efficiency.
• Take responsibility for software from concept to production, continually expanding technical knowledge.
