Job summary

FMTC Safety in Dordrecht is seeking an Instructor (working at height) to enable safe training and prepare professionals for real-life emergencies, with a focus on hands-on, height-based exercises. You will deliver high-quality courses to meet GWO standards, guide participants through practical scenarios, and uphold strict safety rules in a fast-moving, international environment.

Experience as an instructor is a plus, but we provide training to qualified individuals; English proficiency is

Qualifications

• Experience as an instructor is a plus; mindset matters most.
• Ideally GWO certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, flexible and hands-on attitude.
• Passion for safety, training and working with people.
• Experience in offshore wind, rope access, working at heights or similar environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training courses according to GWO standards.
• Execute and continuously improve hands-on training sessions, including realistic height-based exercises.
• Guide participants through practical, height-focused scenarios.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and procedures.
