FMTC Safety Group in Dordrecht is seeking an Instructor (working at height) to enable safe work and prepare participants for real‑life emergencies. You will own training sessions and deliver courses in line with GWO standards. We value hands‑on coaches with English skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for safety.

If you have offshore wind or similar high‑risk exposure, your experience will be a strong advantage. Training potential and development await.

Qualifications

• Experience as an instructor is a plus; mindset matters most.
• Ideally GWO certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Good command of English and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training courses according to GWO standards.
• Execute and improve hands-on training sessions, including height-based exercises.
• Guide participants through practical, height-focused scenarios.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and procedures are non-negotiable.
