Job summary

Lokaal Werkt zoekt een heftruckchauffeur voor een logistieke functie in Nederland. Je laadt en lost vrachtwagens met een heftruck en verwerkt groupage- en stukgoed voor klanten in Europa.

Werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen: 08:00–16:30 en 14:00–22:30. Er is een 8,75% ploegentoeslag en reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per km, plus vakantiedagen en een educatiebudget.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met heftruckbesturing of crossdock-activiteiten.
• Gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en een teamspeler.
• Bereid om maandag t/m vrijdag te werken in twee ploegen.

Responsibilities

• Laad en los trucks met de heftruck.
• Verzamel en laad groupage- en stukgoed volgens orders.
• Behandel inkomende goederen en maak ze gereed voor verzending naar UK.
• Help collega’s waar nodig en draai mee in verschillende taken.
• Werkdagen van maandag tot vrijdag in twee ploegen: 08:00–16:30 en 14:00–22:30; 8,75% ploegentoeslag.

You'll be sharing the location with 200 other colleagues, of which currently only 6 are temporary workers. We hire people permanently once they have proven to be a good fit for the position.

Functieomschrijving

The warehouse is your workplace! As a forklift driver, you will load and unload trucks using, as you guessed it, the forklift! You'll gather and load groupage shipments and partial loads according to the orders. You'll also handle incoming goods, unloading and arranging them for the appropriate groupage shipments. The goods vary from food items to solar panels to silos, providing you with a lot of diversity. All of these goods are destined for the UK. If you spot any improvements to make our logistics process even more efficient, we would be glad to hear about it! If your colleagues need help with other tasks, you'll hop off the forklift and assist them.

Your working days are from Monday to Friday, and you'll be on a two-shift schedule. The working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30 and 14:00 to 22:30. For working in shifts, you'll receive an 8.75% shift allowance.

Functie-eisen

You should have experience operating a forklift or in crossdock operations. Being motivated, reliable, and a good team player are essential traits.

The salary ranges from €2.500 and €2.600, with an additional 8.75% shift allowance. You'll also receive a travel expense reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer, in addition to standard vacation days and hours. An education budget is available, and there is always fresh fruit in the cafeteria. Additionally, the company regularly organizes enjoyable outings and gatherings.
