Job summary

• Proven experience with ISO standards (ISO 14001, 45001, ISO 9001).
• Demonstrated experience implementing and improving HSE systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in audit management and incident investigation.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Health & Safety management systems across EMENA.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001).
• Monitor safety performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive a proactive safety culture by coaching leaders and teams across sites.
• Align regional practices with global HSE standards and business priorities.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on action plans.
• Oversee incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide expert guidance on risk management to sites, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve health & safety performance.

About The Role

The Health & Safety Manager – EMENA is responsible for driving a safe, compliant, and continuously improving work environment across multiple countries in the region.
This role ensures the implementation of robust health and safety systems, promotes a strong safety culture, and supports operational excellence by reducing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. You will play a critical role in protecting employees and enabling sustainable business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
