Job summary

McCain Foods Holland B.V. is seeking an Administrative Production Support for our Rilland site.

You will coordinate, maintain, and improve production administration processes and systems to ensure accurate data, effective workforce administration, and reliable production reporting. Based in Rilland, the role supports the Production Manager with collaboration across HR, Finance, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to drive safety, quality and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level education required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and material movement data in SAP and related systems.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report production performance data.
• Support inventory accuracy through stock counts and reconciliations.
• Manage labour hours, absence, and personnel records.
• Coordinate training and testing activities and records.
• Administer production support systems (OEE/OSI PI, time registration, access management).
• Serve as a point of contact for administrative procedures and systems.
• Process and monitor production-related orders, invoices, and transactions.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support.

About The Role

The Admin Production Support is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and improving production administration processes and systems to ensure accurate operational data, effective workforce administration, and reliable production reporting. This role supports the Production Manager by providing analysis, operational insights, and administrative coordination that contribute to achieving safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives within the manufacturing operation. The position is based in Rilland, Netherlands and reports to the Production Manager.

What will you do?

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant production, inventory, and material movement data within SAP and related systems.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report production performance data, including volumes, downtime, labor utilization, and inventory transactions.
• Support inventory accuracy through stock counts, reconciliations, inventory corrections, and staging area administration.
• Manage workforce administration activities, including labor hour registration, absence administration, and personnel records.
• Coordinate production department training and testing activities and maintain associated records.
• Administer production support systems, including OEE/OSI PI, time registration, leave administration, and access management systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding administrative procedures, systems, and production support processes.
• Process and monitor production-related orders, invoices, and administrative transactions in line with company procedures.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards through accurate recordkeeping and administrative controls.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to help ensure continuity of production operations.

About The Team

This role is part of the Production team and reports to the Production Manager. The position works closely with Production employees, supervisors, and cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. While the role has no direct people management responsibility, it plays an important coordination and support function across the production organization and collaborates with external partners, including temporary employment agencies, service providers, and training providers.

Employment Conditions

• Salary from €3.067,- to €3.441,- gross per month based on relevant work experience
• 25 vacation days and 15 “ATV” days, which you can take flexibly
• 3% year-end bonus according to the collective labour agreement (CAO)
• Commuting allowance of €0,23,- per km up to 100 km a day (two-way)
