Hunkemöller, a leading European lingerie brand, seeks a Head of Technical to lead our end‑to‑end Technical function and set the standards for fit, quality, sustainability and governance. You will partner with Buying, Design, Merchandising, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure right‑first‑time development and rapid go‑to‑market execution in a fast‑moving international fashion‑retail environment.

• Significant senior technical leadership experience within fashion retail.
• Deep expertise in garment construction, fit, grading, materials, testing, quality management.
• Strong commercial mindset linking technical decisions to speed to market and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the end-to-end Technical function with clear standards and governance.
• Embed technical excellence across fit, materials, testing, sustainability and supplier readiness.
• Involve Technical from early product concepts through to supplier briefing and go-to-market.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Technical Toolbox as single source of truth.
• Collaborate with Buying, Design, Operations and Supply Chain to optimize cost and quality.
