Link Snacks, a leading global protein snack company, seeks an experienced Head of Marketing (Jack Link's) based in Amsterdam to drive growth across the EU. You will lead an international team, shape brand strategy, and deliver market-specific initiatives with a strong emphasis on premium branding and innovation.

The role reports to the Marketing Director EMEA and requires a track record in premium positioning, cross-functional leadership, and delivering growth across multiple EU markets.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years FMCG marketing across multiple EU markets
• Minimum 5 years in a Senior Marketing Leadership role
• Demonstrated success leading premium consumer brands
• Strong track record in delivering commercial growth through brand building and innovation
• Experience developing both established brands and challenger/growth brands
• Proven expertise in premium positioning, portfolio management, communication development, and innovation
• Experience increasing brand penetration and strengthening brand equity
• Fluency in English; German, French and/or Dutch would be an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Lead brand strategy & growth across EU markets
• Deliver Brand Plans, Annual Marketing Plans, and market-specific growth initiatives
• Drive sustainable consumer penetration and profitable growth across all key markets
• Ensure alignment between brand strategy and commercial priorities
• Establish and maintain premium execution standards across packaging, communication, activation, shopper marketing, digital content, and retail execution
• Innovation & Portfolio Development: Partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to bring successful innovations to market
• Work closely with Country Business Teams to ensure successful local execution
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international team
