Job summary

Link Snacks, a leading global protein snack company, seeks an experienced Head of Marketing (Jack Link's) based in Amsterdam to drive growth across the EU. You will lead an international team, shape brand strategy, and deliver market-specific initiatives with a strong emphasis on premium branding and innovation.

The role reports to the Marketing Director EMEA and requires a track record in premium positioning, cross-functional leadership, and delivering growth across multiple EU markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years FMCG marketing across multiple EU markets
• Minimum 5 years in a Senior Marketing Leadership role
• Demonstrated success leading premium consumer brands
• Strong track record in delivering commercial growth through brand building and innovation
• Experience developing both established brands and challenger/growth brands
• Proven expertise in premium positioning, portfolio management, communication development, and innovation
• Experience increasing brand penetration and strengthening brand equity
• Fluency in English; German, French and/or Dutch would be an advantage

• Innovation & Portfolio Development: Partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to bring successful innovations to market
• Work closely with Country Business Teams to ensure successful local execution
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international team

Our spacious and modern HQ is located in the vibrant Amsterdam, and includes a highly international team, with more than 25 different nationalities. Our EMEA team is committed to continuing its impressive EMEA expansion, one bite at a time, and becoming the regional leader in branded protein snacks.

This position is based in Amsterdam and you will be reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.

The role forms part of the EMEA Marketing Leadership Team and works closely with Country Business Teams, Sales, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D to achieve ambitious growth targets while maintaining strong brand equity.

The Head of Jack Link's EMEA is responsible for leading the strategic development and profitable growth of the company's most premium and differentiated brands across the EMEA region.

This role is accountable for developing and executing long-term brand strategy, driving penetration growth, building a strong innovation pipeline, and delivering best-in-class marketing execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints. To succed in this position you will:

• Ensure alignment between brand strategy and commercial priorities.

A critical success factor for this position is the ability to create, protect, and elevate a premium-quality brand experience. The successful candidate must ensure that every interaction with Jack Link's consistently reinforces quality, craftsmanship, authenticity, and premium value, from product and packaging to communication, innovation, digital content, shopper marketing, and in-store execution.

Qualifications

EU Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.
