Zusammenfassung

CM.com is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls at a listed, AI-first company. You will report to the CEO administratively and to the Audit Committee functionally, advising on emerging risks and strategic opportunities.

You will lead audits across financial, IT, security, and privacy domains, including governance of AI use, while shaping the function in line with IIA standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or IT Audit.
• RA, CIA, CISA, RO or CRMA qualification is a plus.
• Several years of experience in internal or external audit or risk & control.
• Strong knowledge of COSO, IIA standards, IFRS and internal control over financial reporting.
• Experience with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and management system audits.

Aufgaben

• Align the audit plan with CM.com’s strategy and strategic risks.
• Define and maintain the Internal Audit Charter, methodology and risk-based audit plan.
• Perform audits across business and countries, testing internal controls over financial reporting.
• Report on follow-up of non-conformities and drive continuous improvement.
• Audit our use of AI: governance, model and data risks, security, privacy and compliance.
• Assess compliance with Dutch Corporate Governance Code, DORA, PSD2, GDPR and CSRD.
• Report findings to Audit Committee and Supervisory Board; coordinate with external assurance.
