Job summary

Finest People is seeking a Head of Growth for an ambitious early-stage consumer start-up building a Personal Intelligence System combining hardware, an app, AI and a recurring membership. You will own the commercial engine from day one, shape GTM, CAC, ROAS and international growth, and eventually build the growth team.

You will lead go-to-market, performance acquisition, creative testing, and lifecycle/CRM programs, with the freedom to operate remotely from the Netherlands or Utrecht office

Qualifications

• Hands-on foundation in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Several years of experience in consumer growth, DTC or e-commerce.
• Extensive experience with Meta, plus Google, YouTube and TikTok for acquisition.
• Experience managing and scaling large acquisition budgets with CAC, ROAS/MER, payback and contribution economics.
• Experience building or improving performance creative and testing systems.
• Knowledge of creators, influencers, affiliates, CRO, lifecycle, referral and partnerships.
• Understanding activation, retention, recurring revenue, cohorts, churn and LTV.
• Experience with international expansion and localization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of modern consumer behavior.
• Strategic mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
• Entrepreneurial, flexible and proactive personality.
• Strong communication and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, including positioning and channels.
• Building and managing the performance acquisition engine with focus on CAC, payback and profitability.
• Developing a high-performing creative and testing system (UGC, hooks, concepts, formats).
• Building and scaling creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador and referral programs.
• Owning CRO and the customer funnel from landing pages to checkout and experiments.
• Connecting acquisition to activation, membership conversion, engagement, retention and LTV.
• Building lifecycle and CRM strategies across launch, onboarding, upsell, renewal and win-back.
• Using data, forecasting and experimentation to improve performance and investments.
• Identifying opportunities for international expansion, localization and channel rollout.
• Building the growth organization and external partner network.
• Creating dashboards, processes and operating cadence to scale with speed.
