We are recruiting today for Wewise Europe (part of DCC Energy), a leading international group listed on the London Stock Exchange (16,000 employees, €600M revenues). Wewise Europe is driving the energy transition by providing innovative and sustainable energy solutions to B2B customers across Europe.

In order to accelerate its digital transformation, we are looking for a:

MAIN MISSION

As a member of the central European leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and deploying the digital strategy of Wewise across the Energy Management Services (EMS) business.

You will play a pivotal role in building digital products and services from the ground up, enhancing customer value, driving innovation, and creating new growth opportunities in the energy transition.

This is a highly strategic role, exposed to multiple stakeholders across 20 European businesses, with a core focus on France, the UK and Germany.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, prioritize and implement the company’s digital strategy.
• Build recurring, differentiated and high-value digital services for B2B customers.
• Select and prioritize digital initiatives to present to executive leadership.
• Provide digital insights for M&A opportunities.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with digital solution providers.
• Benchmark and optimize local digital processes to generate synergies and efficiency.
• Develop CRM and data integrations across businesses and geographies.
• Explore emerging technologies (AI, IoT, data analytics) for EMS applications.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence

• Work closely with country leaders and the central leadership team to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with transversal teams (operations, sales, IT, finance, HR, AI).
• Manage and exceed strategic expectations of senior executives.

Data & Analytics

• Implement data-driven and AI-driven approaches to leverage insights.
• Use data to refine digital strategy and generate value for clients and the business.

PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, IT or product management (consulting or large international group).
• Background in B2B industries, energy or related sectors.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and product innovation.
• Strong skills in data, analytics and IoT applied to energy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new offers internally.
• Strong leadership, autonomy and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English (another European language is a plus).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Location: Norway, the Netherlands OR Denmark (preferred, as these markets are more advanced digitally).
• Travel: circa 1–2 nights every 2 weeks across Europe.
