Job description

Bring our partnerships to the max. Yesterday.

Who we are

Let's bring convenience to care: Ditto is on a mission to revolutionize care by providing people the right info, in the right format, at the right time.

Why? Imagine your grandmother bringing one of her children to every hospital visit, because she does not fully grasp what was said. Let alone recall it at home. Or stitching together your own medical history from ten portals, in Latin. Healthcare is built for providers and leaves people passive and ill-understood. In other words, it forces us to be patient. We think that should be different.

What? Today, an AI-powered app that clarifies any healthcare encounter and document. Soon, a platform where you track your own care and invite loved ones to follow along. In short: the Polarsteps for Health.

Who? A massively ambitious team, with little patience for the status quo. We are driven by a shared mission and excited about shipping fast. We hired ex-Google folks for AI, we hired Storytel's Head of Growth for well, growth. We're looking for someone who will bring extra leverage to our COO and full team by handling B2B and Customer Success Management.

We hope you push that bar further. Since our launch in July 2025, we have hit #1 in the App Store, secured backing from major players like Menzis and Chris Oomen, and helped 100.000 users understand their care journey, while up to 40% of all summaries get shared already. This was a great validation that what we're trying to achieve matters for many.

Why this role exists

Healthcare is deeply personal. When you're diagnosed with something serious, you're handed PDFs and portals built in the '00s. Your family gets nothing. We believe the person navigating cancer treatment deserves better design than someone booking a holiday home. But healthcare carries fear, complexity, intimacy, and trust. B2B in healthcare is notoriously slow, several deals never made it due to legal constraints and extremely sloppy unclear decision making. And to be fair, we have not spent dedicated attention on making accounts a great success.

A signed deal is the starting line, not the finish. The real value shows up afterwards in the rollout, the follow-up, the day-to-day execution that turns a signature into a living partnership that patients actually use. Today that work has no single owner, and things stall. You change that.

So, at its core, you fix a sloppy, unstructured chaos in B2B and bring speed, rigorous and smart execution, with the help of AI. Preferably scalable, of course.

But we're a startup, and the best brand thinkers we know are also exceptional makers. So while Partnerships, B2B and Customer Success are your domains, we expect you to roll up your sleeves, whether that's jumping into product design when clients need adaptation of the app, or crafting pitchdeck assets that need to ship tonight.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

Roll out signed partnerships: from kick-off to real adoption, using our proven playbook (like the launch at Ikazia and the network-wide rollout with Hadoks in The Hague).

Keep every relationship moving: hospitals, GP networks, patient organizations and insurers. You plan the check-ins, capture the next steps, and make sure no line goes quiet.

Run our congress & event presence: from sponsorship inquiry and package trade-offs to the physical Ditto booth at the medical congresses that matter.

Handle the practical side: promotional materials to partners and ambassadors, and the logistics around them.

Measure the impact of each partnership together with our analytics team, feed it back, and sharpen the playbook every time.

Run fast, break stuff, but not critical stuff

Explore and suggest revenue opportunities

What success looks like

Your first 3 months are a success when…

Founders can rely on you to fix stuff, and fix it with the tone and implicit standards of Ditto

A cohesive, evolved B2B/partner activation strategy has launched with first signals of results whilst staying unmistakably Ditto.

Our MAU target comes closer, because our B2B efforts are aimed towards contributing to them

You found the golden nugget of generating revenue

Who you are

An organiser and a finisher: you close the loop on what you start and let nothing fall through the cracks.

Strong at relationship management and maybe at home in healthcare. You switch easily between doctors, nurses, project managers and executives.

Structured and self-driven, equally comfortable with the big picture (a rollout plan) and the details (a shipping label out the door on time).

Genuinely into the mission: helping people at vulnerable moments.

Experienced in healthcare, partnerships, implementation or account management (a strong plus).

Fluent in Dutch and English, our partners and their patients are Dutch-speaking.
