Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with hardware products, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment.
• Skilled in building, documenting, executing, enforcing, and improving operational processes.
• Experience managing third-party partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for external production partners handling operations.
• Plan, execute, and implement improvements to the assembly line.
• Collaborate with tech and hardware engineering teams on product development.
