Picnic in Amsterdam is seeking a Working Student for Payroll and Finance Operations to manage critical data, handle payroll inquiries, and support the Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment while pursuing education.

As a working student, you will work 2 days a week and contribute to various payroll and finance projects while growing your skills through professional training and a vibrant company culture.

Qualifications

• Available to work 2 days per week for at least 1 year.
• Ability to handle confidential information and double-check work.
• Any previous experience in customer service, admin, accounting, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for external parties like national authorities.
• Process expense reimbursements and manage payroll inquiries.
• Support the wider Finance Operations team with dynamic projects.

Skills

Fluent in Dutch and English

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Education

At least in the 2nd year of HBO or WO Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, HR, or related field
