Job summary

PALFINGER MARINE is seeking a hands-on Training & Experience Center trainer to deliver technical sessions, develop materials, and support capability development across our international network. You will combine marine engineering knowledge with practical teaching using real-service scenarios.

You will create and update training manuals, maintain equipment, and ensure content stays aligned with product developments and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Several years of hands-on field experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic or marine equipment.
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, coach, or technical mentor is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical training sessions using training equipment, demonstrations, and real-life service scenarios.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure training content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments and company standards.
• Maintain training equipment and create a safe, effective, and engaging learning environment.
• Act as a technical expert, supporting knowledge transfer and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs.
