Ovivo by Ecolab in Zoeterwoude, NL seeks a hands-on HR Advisor who partners with employees and managers. You will be the first point of contact for HR questions, advise on people-related matters, and help ensure HR processes run smoothly.

With 5+ years in HR and a strong administrative foundation, you will oversee onboarding, changes, and departures, coordinate with Afas and Workday, and look for improvements to deliver a positive employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in HR or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience with HR administration, Dutch legislation and development processes.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable conversations with managers and employees.
• Organizationally strong; fluent Dutch and good English.

Responsabilidades

• Advising and supporting managers on day-to-day HR issues.
• Sparring partner for managers on HR, employability and wellbeing.
• Monitor absenteeism in consultation with managers and coordinate with occupational health and providers.
• Identifying improvements within HR processes and coordinating HR projects.
• Coordinating onboarding, changes and departures in Afas and Workday.
