Job summary

Foseco Netherlands R&D Center in Enschede is seeking a Hands-on Foundry Supervisor to lead daily operations of the foundry that casts ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. You will supervise a small team, work on the shop floor, and actively participate in the casting process.

You will plan casting schedules, ensure safety and quality, coordinate maintenance, and collaborate with Technicians and Scientists on R&D projects to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in foundry operations and leading a small team on the shop floor.
• Hands-on role with direct involvement in casting activities and equipment operation.
• Focus on safety, quality control and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise casting activities.
