Delft Circuits seeks a Team Lead – Flex Foundry to build and lead our Foundry product line. This hands-on role combines product, technology and operations, reporting to the CPO and Co-Founder, with ownership from customer needs through manufacturing and delivery.

You will lead the Foundry roadmap, PDK, design rules, coordinate with R&D, suppliers and customers, and grow a multidisciplinary team in Delft to shape the next stage of Foundry capabilities.

Formación

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Nanotechnology or related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor fab, flex/PCB manufacturing, microfabrication or comparable high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, products and manufacturability.
• Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and a technical roadmap.
• Experience leading people or technical teams in a development or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people, projects, equipment and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with researchers, suppliers, project partners and customers.
• Experience working directly with customers, including scoping technical projects and turning needs into solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: identify opportunities and turn them into products and customer projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the Foundry product roadmap, translating needs into priorities for new capabilities and improvements.
• Develop the Foundry offering including PDK, design rules, manufacturing capabilities and testing.
• Work directly with customers to understand applications, assess designs and define technical solutions.
• Coordinate product and process development with Research and Process Development teams.
• Lead day-to-day Foundry operation, planning people, equipment, materials and capacity.
• Drive product quality, repeatability, yield and continuous improvement in manufacturing and testing.
• Manage technical relationships with external suppliers and project partners for substrates and materials.
• Lead, coach and grow the Foundry team while staying involved in technical challenges.
