Based in Amsterdam, the role focuses on elevating the dining and lounge experience with barista skills alongside classic bartending techniques.

The position supports the Rosewood guest journey with flexible hours, training, and a collaborative F&B environment in a luxury setting, reporting to Restaurant or Outlet

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender and barista in hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty coffee.
• Available for evenings and weekends.
• Confident communicator with guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages to high standards.
• Create specialty coffees with consistency and care.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, personalized service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage prep areas.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible service.
• Replenish beverage and service supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
