Responsibilities

• Sell the property according to Suburban Inns' standards.
• Collect guest data, payments, and signatures accurately.
• Follow daily shift checklists to ensure smooth operations.
• Record special needs and communicate incidents to the next shift.
• Complete emergency training as required and stay aware of safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean front desk workspace and address issues.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash drops.
• Provide information on policies, services, and local attractions.
