Job summary

ISG Security is seeking Service Staff to support the security team during events in the hospitality, service-oriented part of the organization. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, check tickets, issue wristbands, and guide guests to help them enjoy the event safely.

You’ll work alongside our security guards to ensure events run smoothly, safely, and pleasantly. No degree is required, you must be 18+, you’re Dutch-proficient, and shifts include weekends with flexible hours for

Qualifications

• No degree required, but you must be presentable and hospitable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Stress-resistant and a team player.
• Proficient in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Checking tickets and putting on wristbands.
• Helping visitors find their way and answering questions.
• Keeping emergency exits and walkways clear.
• Assisting with coat check and performing minor service tasks.
• Identifying and reporting any unusual occurrences to the security team.
