Job summary

ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries, and general administration. You will support the Front Office, answer phones, and help ensure a smooth guest experience in a lively hotel environment.

We offer rotating shifts (early and late) on a part-time basis, with ongoing training inside a welcoming Accor family and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability and flexibility to cover shifts.
• Ability to switch between departments and work well in a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• High motivation, a friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as first point of contact and assist with inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Front Office with guest check-ins/check-outs and invoice preparation.
• Handle administrative tasks and answer phone calls as part of daily duties.
• Arrange rooms for stranded travelers and coordinate with other departments as needed.
