Qualifications

• You are easy to get along with and hospitable.
• You can handle stress and work in a detail‑oriented way.
• You are flexible and a team player, or can work independently.
• You are following a relevant MBO level 1‑4 or HBO (Bachelor) training.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Alternating shifts suit you.
• Available to do internship for 5‑6 months.

Responsibilities

• You are the first contact for guests and provide information.
• Help guests with self-check in and explain city highlights.
• Assist in breakfast shift, set and clear tables.
• Support reception tasks and ensure friendly service at checkout.
