Leonardo Hotels Amsterdam is offering a Front Office Intern position. You are the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them warmly, assisting with check-in and ensuring they have an unforgettable stay during your Tailor Made Traineeship.

The internship is designed for hospitality students who love teamwork, with coaching, exposure to multiple hotels and departments, and opportunities to grow within our dynamic hotel family. Start January/February 2027 at Apollo Hotel Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Pursuing hospitality studies with an internship in mind.
• Hospitality passion and guest‑oriented mindset.
• Team player with flexible availability.
• Strong command of Dutch and English.
• Willingness to learn across Front Office duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Support daily Front Office operations and guest requests.
• Learn about hotel procedures and guest services.
• Work as part of a collaborative team.
• Contribute to a smooth and memorable guest stay.
