LEONARDO HOTEL AMSTERDAM REMBRANDTPARK invites a friendly Host to join our front desk team. You’ll be the first contact for guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, answer questions and make restaurant or activity reservations, all with a warm, guest‑centred approach.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, two years in hospitality, and the ability to work flexible hours. F&B experience and knowledge of reservation systems are a plus as we strive to deliver memorable experiences with every

Qualifications

• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible, energetic and proactive with a guest‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for guests; assist with check‑ins, check‑outs and inquiries.
• Share recommendations and secure reservations as needed.
• Take calls and manage room reservation requests.
• Assist guests with luggage and bid them a warm farewell.
• Support breakfast service and assist in the lobby when required.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming hotel environment.
