Job summary
Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Lobby Ambassador Intern to be the first point of contact for guests and to help create a welcoming lobby environment. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs and collaborate with departments to provide outstanding service.
The internship is aimed at MBO students, offering a structured, professional experience at a landmark hotel in Amsterdam. You’ll experience a dynamic hospitality setting with opportunities for growth and exposure to VIP service.
Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled in a BOL program (level 2, 3, or 4).
- You have a welcoming and professional attitude.
- You have good communication skills (Dutch and English).
- You are proactive and service-oriented.
- You work in a structured and organized way.
- You are flexible and available in evenings/weekends.
- You enjoy working with people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Contribute to a well-organized lobby environment.
- Provide extra attention to VIP guests and guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and collaborate with departments to deliver excellent service.
