Job summary

Fidamy is seeking a Growth & Marketing Automation Intern to join the Commercial team in Amsterdam. You will work closely with the CCO, gaining exposure to B2B sales, AI, and automation, and helping scale commercial operations in a fast-growing tech company.

Responsibilities include building prospect lists, researching target markets, CRM support, and creating LinkedIn content for campaigns. Candidates should be pursuing or holding a Master's in a related field and be fluent in English; remote

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a Master’s in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field
Curious about startups, technology, sales, AI, and growth
Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn
Based in Amsterdam and available to work from our office regularly
Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn, marketing, content creation, CRM, or automation tools

Responsibilities

Build target account and prospect lists for the sales team
Research companies and key decision-makers in our target markets
Support CRM management and sales operations
Create and schedule LinkedIn and social content for campaigns
Use AI and no-code tools to automate revenue-driving processes (CRM-to-Slack workflows, meeting notes, lead enrichment, sales reporting, and marketing)
