Job summary

Landal is seeking a commercially driven Growth Marketeer to lead guest acquisition in Belgium, focusing on Dutch- and French-speaking audiences and expanding our Belgian park portfolio.

Based in Amsterdam, you’ll split time between the office and travel to Belgium, with hybrid options and up to two days per week from home for a full-time role. You’ll translate central marketing strategy into regional campaigns and partnerships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Strong understanding of market insights and how they translate to campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Turn market insights into marketing strategies and own performance and planning.
• Coordinate and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, analytics).
• Lead regional marketing initiatives with central teams and international partners.
• Translate insights into presentations, roadmaps and actionable recommendations.
• Manage budgets, OKRs and prioritise activities to improve performance.
